Great food

We went as a couple for my birthday. Warm atmosphere, attentive staff, good advice for choosing wine. The owner came to make our Chateaubriand flambéat our table: perfect cutting and cooking, vegetables al dente tasty, sauce absolutely fabulous. We practically lick our plates. The owner sang me a good birthday discreet (we told him while chatting while he was chateaubriand) with a nice crème brûlée flambé. We have some knowledge of the 5 * restaurant (my spouse worked in the area qques years in the old-mtl) and this restaurant is really worth it! A real gem in Trois-Rivières! :-)
